Join Kids First Services as a Hybrid BCBA – Telehealth & Travel, Alaska in Anchorage, Alaska. Kids First is seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Alaska team. This is a hybrid position, providing the flexibility of telehealth services combined with required in-person supervision and client support.
This position offers hybrid flexibility. Work with Kids First Services in Anchorage, Alaska.
The BCBA will provide clinical oversight, conduct functional behavior assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents. They are also responsible for supervising RBTs and providing direct services through both telehealth and in-home settings.
Candidates must be Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) with the ability to travel within Alaska for in-person supervision. Proficiency in clinical documentation and adherence to BACB standards and insurance requirements is essential.
