Pharmacist - Full time

Key Responsibilities

The pharmacist is responsible for managing drug distribution systems, central operations, and IV admixture within a hospital setting. They also provide clinical support, monitor patient drug therapy, and educate patients on discharge medications.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current state pharmacy license and have completed all educational requirements mandated for licensure. A PharmD or BS Pharm with a hospital pharmacy residency is preferred.
