About the Role

Join East Sussex County Council as a Social Worker, Continuing Healthcare in United States. Are you a qualified Social Worker with an interest in continuing healthcare? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time qualified social worker to join our Adult Social Care Continuing Healthcare Team based in Eastbourne.

Key Responsibilities

to protect and mitigate risks to the clients we serve.

You will be expected to assess clients in line with our other statutory duties such as section (9) assessment under the Care Act (2014), using a strength based, outcome focus approach.

Experience of court of protection work would be an advantage in this role, however training is offered to successful candidates.
