About the Role
Join East Sussex County Council as a Social Worker, Continuing Healthcare in United States. Are you a qualified Social Worker with an interest in continuing healthcare? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time qualified social worker to join our Adult Social Care Continuing Healthcare Team based in Eastbourne.
Key Responsibilities
- to protect and mitigate risks to the clients we serve.
- You will be expected to assess clients in line with our other statutory duties such as section (9) assessment under the Care Act (2014), using a strength based, outcome focus approach.
- Experience of court of protection work would be an advantage in this role, however training is offered to successful candidates.
