Key Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patients’ health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatments.

Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and other prescribed treatments accurately and safely.

Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Provide patient and family education regarding care plans, medications, and post

Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

Completion of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
