About the Role

In conjunction with the VP Physician Network: develops, implements, and monitors the long

range plans to support the AMHS, GFH and GFMG philosophy.

Development of all new practice locations as well as any closures ensuring all regulatory and operational aspects are covered. Physician Recruitment, Retention, Relationships, Contracting:

In conjunction with the VP Physician Network, sustains the Provider Compensation Philosophy and provider compensation structure staying abreast of the evolving payment structures.
