The fellow will provide direct patient care for pediatric heart center patients, including performing physical exams, diagnostic procedures, and managing treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. They will also contribute to research, quality improvement initiatives, and the education of staff and families.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physician Assistant or Pediatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program by December 2025. They must hold or be eligible for a current unrestricted North Carolina license and maintain BLS and PALS certifications.
