Key Responsibilities

• As a Clinical Pharmacist you will work to provide the following services to our patients:
• Assist in the development of drug therapy guidelines for individual disease conditions
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education and Experience
• Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• The salary range for this position is CAD $51.37 - $64.19 / hour
• Work in collaboration with physicians, and other health care providers to develop implement and monitor therapeutic plans
• Provides mentorship and supervision to pharmacy students, residents and new staff.
