Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate intermediate level of clinical knowledge and modeling as it relates to the individual’s goals, treatment plan and diagnosis.
- Provide and model crisis intervention and de-escalation for clients experiencing mental health symptoms or other emotional and/or behavioral responses while prioritizing client and program safety.
- Document interactions and interventions with clients, according to program.
