About the Role

Join Nemours Children's Health as a Clinical Pharmacist – Outpatient, Per Diem in United States. Nemours is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Casual/PRN), to join our Nemours Children's Health team in Wilmington, Delaware. Nemours is seeking a Per‑Diem Clinical Pharmacist to support our Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy, where clinical expertise meets compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

provide age and developmentally appropriate care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults.

provide drug information & education to hospital personnel and community, as well as assist with quality imp.

provide accurate, adequate, and timely drug information to the professional staff and to patients and their.

Requirements

B. S. in Pharmacy or PharmD required.

Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years experience required.

Associates who are not licensed in state(s) of PA, or NJ must obtain licensure for those states within 6 months after start date. Failure to do so may result in suspension pending termination.

Non Sterile operations (Unit dose training, etc.); Sterile operations (IV compounding, etc.).

Work Schedule

Per Diem position.
