Requirements

• to register as a practitioner psychologist with the HCPC.

• Registered with the HCPC Demonstrate an interest in clinical neuropsychology.

• General knowledge of acquired brain injury pathology, neuroanatomy, symptoms, characteristics, course of recovery and rehabilitation approaches.

• This includes but is not limited to – traumatic brain injury, cerebrovascular disease and understanding the different types of strokes, encephalopathy, hypoxic brain injury, amongst others.
