Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessment of complex trauma, individual and family needs and develop person-centered treatment plans that will be reassessed every 3 months and adjusted as clinically indicated.

Develop measurable objectives and goals agreed upon by the consumer.

Requirements

based training. TB Test, CPR, First Aid and SAMA. Complete ITCT certification Training within 2 years of employment
