Requirements

• Follow all AHCA, DCF, CMS, and Florida practice guidelines relevant to psychological and behavioral health care.

• Maintain ethical practice standards, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance at all times. CRISIS INTERVENTION

• Provide crisis assessment and intervention, including managing acute changes in mental status, suicidality, aggression, or behavioral disturbances.

• Follow appropriate procedures for risk management, safety planning, and Baker Act protocols when indicated. EDUCATION, CONSULTATION & FACILITY SUPPORT

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.

• Day shift only - no nights.

• Flexible scheduling available.
