Key Responsibilities

Conducts comprehensive appraisals of patients' health status by taking health histories and performing physical examinations in clinical area.

Provides direct clinical care to patients.

Prescribes/orders medications, therapies; orders/interprets laboratory tests, x-rays and procedures according to clinical privileges.

Evaluates patients to determine their need for further health care.

Requirements

Required: Master of Science in Nursing Degree from a school/college of nursing.

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Board Certification (PMHNP) required Registered Professional Nurse (IL) license.

Advance Practice Registered Nurse (IL) license.

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse certification by a national certifying body as approved by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

Salary: $135.2K - $179.3K

Work Schedule
