Key Responsibilities
- and Responsibilities: Provides mental health services for youth, ages 0-18, and their families: assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual, and family therapy.
- Provides case management, crisis support, safety planning, coordination of care, referrals to ancillary and/or specialty services, and group therapy, as needed.
- Completes all clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal and organizational.
