Key Responsibilities

• AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE: Promotes and supports a positive work environment focused on team building and collaboration.

• Provides on-call backup to the community.

• Maintains confidentiality of all pertinent personal or health information concerning residents and staff.

• Ensures that all the needs are met for the residents as well as advising staff that are on the shift.

Requirements

• Call Pay: $150 flat

• rate per weekend, plus the employee's regular hourly rate for any hours worked while on call. Hours: Rotating on
