About the Role

Join Hillsboro Medical Center as a Physical Therapist (Outpatient) in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • – Performed majority of the time: · Documents patient evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge in a complete and timely manner, using EMR.
  • · Maintains patient charts in comprehensive and legal manner with regard to local, state, and federal laws, and hospital policy.
  • · Bills in congruence with documented patient treatment, and assists in tracking of individual insurance.

Requirements

  • in accordance with proper billing practices · Supervises PT assistant, aide, athletic trainer, and / or student in regards to patient care activities.
  • · Achieves clinic’s established productivity standards for patient care.
  • · Provides physical therapy to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients based on principles of growth and development and life stages.
