About the Role

Join Innovive Health as a Weekend Behavioral Health Nurse in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains and updates schedules of all disciplines in patient’s home.

Consistently assesses and evaluates patient’s status and goals and revises the plan of care as necessary.

Communicates adjustments to plan of care to all team members in the appropriate time frame to support consistent delivery of care.

Requirements

Continually required to use hands and fingers.

The Weekend Baylor RN’s schedule is every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) from 7:00AM – 8:00PM, as well four (4) hours on Mondays to conduct follow
