Requirements

A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or a Bachelor of Science with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, along with a current pharmacist license. Preferred qualifications include PGY2 residency/fellowship in critical care or significant cardiovascular surgery practice experience, and Board Certification in Critical Care is strongly preferred within one year of hire.
