Key Responsibilities

assigned to supportive staff (PTA, PT Tech, etc.

The staff therapist participates in operational aspects of the department, maintains performance improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities.

Provides input in formulating budget, assists in evaluating department performance versus budget controls and takes appropriate action to remain in budget guidelines.

Ensures that patient charges are accurate and entered on a timely basis.

Work Schedule

Full-time position.

Day shift only - no nights.

Requirements

Candidates should be graduates of an approved Physical Therapy school or equivalent, possess current State Physical Therapy Licensure and BLS (CPR) certification, and ideally have prior experience as a Physical Therapist. Required aptitudes include mental acuity, strong communication, mechanical ability, and organizational skills for efficient client care.
