Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant

Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will administer physical therapy treatment plans and perform manual therapeutic exercises in patients' homes. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and coordinating with the Physical Therapist regarding patient progress and equipment needs.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current state license to practice Physical Therapy and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. A current CPR certification and experience working with the geriatric population are also required.
