Requirements
- Graduated from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited college of pharmacy.
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
- Or Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist Intern Registration.
- Within one hundred and twenty (120) days of hire, or as outlined by program policies, whichever is sooner: Washington Pharmacist License.
