About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations assessing sensory processing, fine and gross motor development, activities of daily living, visual

motor integration, and functional participation

Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable, occupation

based goals in collaboration with the client, family, and interdisciplinary team

Requirements

Complete all clinical documentation in the Rethink EMR — evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries — within required timelines

Ensure documentation is objective, measurable, and consistent with services billed

Collaborate with BCBA and SLP team members, school personnel, and families as part of the interdisciplinary team

Participate in IEP meetings and school
