Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations assessing sensory processing, fine and gross motor development, activities of daily living, visual
- motor integration, and functional participation
- Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable, occupation
- based goals in collaboration with the client, family, and interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Complete all clinical documentation in the Rethink EMR — evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries — within required timelines
- Ensure documentation is objective, measurable, and consistent with services billed
- Collaborate with BCBA and SLP team members, school personnel, and families as part of the interdisciplinary team
- Participate in IEP meetings and school
