Requirements

Required qualifications include a Pharm.D degree (or RPh with extensive experience), a valid California pharmacist’s license, a minimum of six months of hospital pharmacy or equivalent clinical experience, and current American Heart Association BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include advanced life support certifications if working in critical care areas, residency completion, and familiarity with electronic documentation systems.
