Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Associate provides direct personal care and safety supervision to patients within a facility setting. They are responsible for documenting clinical information, facilitating rehabilitative groups, and assisting patients with activities of daily living.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least six months of experience with the relevant population. Certification in CPR and de-escalation is required, with training provided upon hire.
