Requirements

Required criteria include holding a Doctoral or Master’s Degree in a Nurse Practitioner specialty, possessing a NYS Adult, Acute Care, or Family Nurse Practitioner License, and holding a New York State Registered Nurse License. Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner along with current BLS and ACLS certifications are also mandatory.
