About the Role

Join Adventist Health as a Physical Therapist, Home Health, Part Time in United States. Located where miles of breathtaking ocean views meet dense coastal forests, Adventist Health Mendocino County has a rich history serving community members on the coast since 1971. We are comprised of a 25-bed critical access hospital and offer a range of services in Fort Bragg.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016 Licenses/Certifications:
  • Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: Required
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS
  • BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required

  • Hourly rate: $69.94/hr.
