We are comprised of a 25-bed critical access hospital and offer a range of services in Fort Bragg.

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016 Licenses/Certifications:

Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice: Required

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS

BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required

Benefits & Compensation

Hourly rate: $69.94/hr.
