About the Role
Join Link Rehab and Wellness as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW): Hybrid/Assisted Living Facility in United States. Link Home Therapy is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. You’ll provide clinical assessments, therapy, and counseling services to geriatric individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on the client’s goals, preferences, and clinical needs.
- Ensure that plans are regularly updated and aligned with progress and setbacks.
- Therapeutic Intervention: Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy as appropriate.
Requirements
- Licensed in the state of New Jersey, such as: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly rate: $54.45/hr.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Hybrid position - combination of remote and on-site.
