About the Role

Join CVS Health as a Registered Nurse - Health Coach Consultant in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct clinical assessments and review health data to evaluate member needs and program eligibility

Assess member readiness, health literacy, and technology capability

Engage members in chronic condition support and personalized coaching Health Coaching & Lifestyle Modification:

Provide individualized telephonic health coaching using motivational interviewing

Requirements

Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet member needs Required Qualifications:

Registered Nurse must hold an unrestricted nursing license and reside in a compact state with multi

state/compact privileges and have the ability to be licensed in all non

compact states and must reside in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zone.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $60,522 - $142,576

401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Remote position - work from anywhere.

Day shift only - no nights.
