About the Role

Join Jackson Health as a Clinical Practice Pharmacist in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Integrates drug distribution and clinical pharmacy services in the pharmaceutical care model in order to assure safety and efficacy, and to reduce costs.

Evaluates physicians orders, prescriptions, vouchers, and cart fill lists for appropriateness of therapy, taking into account drug interactions, allergies, and relevant patient conditions.

Assists in the collection of data for drug utilization evaluations.

Provides drug therapy monitoring and intervention through target drug programs depending on area assignment.

Work Schedule

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Pharm.D. degree or a B.S. with equivalent clinical knowledge, generally requiring 5 to 7 years of related experience.
