About the Role

Join Albury Wodonga Health as a Nurse Practitioner Community Palliative Care in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • will work as a member of a multidisciplinary team which is inclusive of Clinical Nurse Specialists, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Grief and Bereavement worker and Volunteer Coordinator, that encompasses support of holistic needs to alleviate suffering of patients and their families in the community setting.
  • provide clinical leadership and mentoring and undertake specialist palliative care clinical consultation to.
  • provide flexibility within the multidisciplinary community palliative care team, as well with local palliati.
  • provide comprehensive induction and training to set you up for success, offer exceptional Rewards and Benefi.
