Physician (7 on/7off schedule)

Key Responsibilities

The physician will lead interdisciplinary teams in an inpatient rehabilitation facility to manage medically complex patients and establish individualized care plans. They are responsible for conducting face-to-face visits, mentoring Advanced Practice Providers, and ensuring clinical excellence through data-driven outcomes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and be board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine. An active, unrestricted medical license and DEA license are required, along with proficiency in EMR systems.
