About the Role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced per diem Occupational Therapist (OT) for home health visits in Wake and Durham counties. Provide rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and evaluate functional status.
• Develop individualized intervention plans.
• Assess home safety and recommend adaptations.
• Educate patients and families.
• Document care using electronic tablets.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina OT license.
• Minimum one year recent OT experience.
• Graduation from accredited OT program.
• Ability to work independently.
