Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating and implementing individualized treatment plans and modalities for patients in a SNF/LTC facility. They collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor patient progress and ensure high-quality care in accordance with departmental policies.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy and a valid license to practice in California or Nevada, along with BLS certification. A Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.
