Key Responsibilities

Consultation: Partners with school employees to develop and implement evidence based social, emotional, and behavioral programming.

Communicates progress to parents and provides support as necessary.

Provides in-service education and/or serves as a consultant to teachers and other school employees on topics related to social and emotional development.

Intervention: Delivers implementation of social, emotional, and behavioral programming at the classroom, small group, and individual levels.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $65K - $90K

40 days PTO.

401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

No weekends required.

Day shift only - no nights.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in social work from an accredited university, and preferably hold an LCSW certification along with current School Social Work certification. The role requires strong communication skills to ensure a trauma-aware environment and effective partnership with school employees and parents.
