Requirements

Candidates must have a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and current licensure as a pharmacist in the practicing state. Required experience includes completion of an ASHP accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency or three years of clinical pharmacy experience, along with expertise in advanced pharmacy practice and comprehensive medication management.
