Are you passionate about transforming lives through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care?

Key Responsibilities

Conduct clinical evaluations, biopsychosocial assessments, and diagnostic assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence

based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and trauma

informed care.

Requirements

Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Licensure: Current Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, OR LP) or Mental Health Practitioner.

Experience: Working with adults diagnosed with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and trauma

related conditions. Must have experience within a residential treatment setting.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $72,000 - $96,000

401(k) with employer match.

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Call responsibilities required.

Weekend coverage may be required.
