Floater Behavioral Health Case Manager Full-Time or Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

The case manager provides therapeutic behavioral services, service planning, and treatment coordination for clients with mental health or developmental needs. They are responsible for facilitating linkages to resources, crisis prevention, and maintaining positive relationships with external contacts.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess either a high school diploma with three years of relevant experience or a bachelor's/master's degree in a related field. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for travel within the assigned service area.
