About the Role

Join Mass General Brigham as a Inpatient Clinical Social Worker PH1 in United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • will be responsible for carrying a maximum caseload of 6-7 patients to be seen daily (Monday-Friday), collaborating with outpatient/ family/ social supports, and arranging appropriate aftercare to support patient's recovery.
  • will collaborate with other professionals to evaluate patients' medical or physical condition and to assess client needs as part of the interdisciplinary team.
  • develop and implement treatment plans that support patient-centered plans of care for both individual patien.
  • provide some assistance and support with onboarding for new team members.

Requirements

  • MA] preferred Social Worker [Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
  • (If hired as an MSW) Must obtain LCSW within 1 year of date of hire Clinical experience in medical setting 0
  • 1 year required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
