Primary Care Provider - Nurse Practitioner

Key Responsibilities

The provider will serve as the primary clinician for a defined patient panel, delivering longitudinal primary care including preventive, chronic, and acute services. They will also perform in-office procedures and maintain patient records within the electronic medical record system.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active, unencumbered Texas license as an APRN-FNP or PA with at least two years of post-graduate experience in family or primary care. Applicants are also required to have an active DEA registration and current BLS certification.
