Lead Provider (FNP or PA) - Urgent Care

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Provider will deliver patient-centered urgent care, including assessments, diagnostic testing, and therapeutic procedures while maintaining accurate medical records. Additionally, the role involves providing clinical leadership, mentoring new-graduate providers, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Master's degree and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, along with a valid DEA license and BLS certification. Strong leadership skills and clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or ambulatory settings are preferred.
