About the Role
Join Pacific Grove as a Inpatient Psychiatrist – 1099 Contractor, Per Eval in [object Object]. Overview Location: Pacific Grove Hospital, 5900 Brockton Ave, Riverside, CA 92506 Position: Full-Time Inpatient Psychiatrist Caseload: 1 unit; 20-24 beds. Call Schedule: 1 week (M-F) per month and 1 weekend per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing clinical services to patients at the facility.
- Practice within medical protocols defined by federal and state regulations, as well as by corporate, facility policy or procedures.
- Review medical information on patients to ensure medical stability and to offer medical recommendations.
- Evaluate patients for mental, emotional or behavioral disorders.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO) required.
- One or more years’ post graduate degree practice preferred.
- Licensed in the state in which the facility(s) operate.
- Licenses/Certifications: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in psychiatry.
