About the Role

Join OKLAHOMA MENTAL HEALTH COUNCIL as a Lead Therapist – Student Loan Repayment in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains knowledge of agency goals and objectives and works concurrently toward these goals and objectives with the RPD and COO by attending key meetings, preparing reports, etc

Demonstrates excellent communication skills with other program leaders and staff in order to provide quality care to clients. Maintains positive communication linkage with outside supportive sources

Supervises staff, students, and other clinical support staff

Manages contractual

Requirements

Plans and develops programmatic goals and objectives, seeking ways in which to work more efficiently and effectively

Maintains partial caseload, provides quality direct services to clients and may be referred most severe and critical clients, provide consultation for staff with most severe/complex cases

Ensure quality service to clients and accurate and timely processing of documentation

Prepares, plans, facilitates, and implements direct care of clients through groups, and individual case management and supportive services
