Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy, along with 5 years of general pharmacy experience in lieu of Board Certification, and 2 years of specific oncology or infusion pharmacy experience. An active State Pharmacist License is required, and strong knowledge of oncology medicine, regulatory requirements, and clinical dosing protocols is essential.
