The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans to address problem behaviors and skill acquisition. They are also responsible for supervising ABA specialists and RBTs while training caregivers to implement programming effectively.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, or psychology and possess a current BCBA certification and Missouri LBA licensure. At least one year of professional experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or psychiatric disorders is required.
