Physician, Extended Hours Access - 4 Days on / 10 Days off schedule model (Maple Grove)

Key Responsibilities

Provide extended access primary care to patients at the Maple Grove clinic using a non-traditional schedule model. Collaborate with a team of RNs and department assistants to manage patient follow-up and clerical tasks.

Requirements

Requires board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine and a minimum of 5 years of full-scope Family Medicine experience. Must be able to perform a range of in-clinic procedures in an outpatient setting.
