About the Role

Join Embark Behavioral Health as a PRN Behavioral Health Technician in United States. Overview Location: 3205 N Twyman Rd, Independence, MO 64058 Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00 to $21.

Key Responsibilities

Make an impact by mentoring teens and fostering a safe, engaging, and structured therapeutic environment.

Lead adolescents through daily routines, group activities, and the development of healthy coping strategies.

Receive paid training in substance use recovery counseling and safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention techniques to respond effectively to behavioral escalations.

Document progress notes daily and communicate key updates to the Program Director.
