About the Role

Join Edenbridge Health Llc as a Home Care Manager - Registered Nurse in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Serves as a required member of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and in initial, semi

annual, unscheduled, and annual assessments; attend morning updates and report changes in participants’ baseline status to appropriate staff on a daily basis.

Involved in the development and implementation of QAPI activities.

Ensure that the home care schedule is accurate and that participants are allocated enough time/services. Provide back

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated successful experience in home care; prefer in

home care management experience.

Experience in the provision of nursing care, including assessment skills, health education, and current nursing treatments and protocols.

Effective management skills.

Salary: $95K - $100K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

Call responsibilities required.

No weekends required.

Day shift only - no nights.
