About the Role

Join Complete Health as a Clinical Social Worker – M-F Schedule, $90K-$95K in United States.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional behavioral health interventions, within an integrated care setting, utilizing therapeutic intervention models (brief solution focused, CBT, MI, ACT etc.)

Experience and willingness to work with a diverse population with a wide range of mental health challenges, including substance abuse.

Work effectively and collaboratively with the primary care medical providers to deliver whole person care

Coordinate care with other community providers and provide linkage and referrals to other services as needed.

Requirements

Master's Degree (from accredited university/college) in Social Work

License required: LCSW

motivated and the ability to work independently as well as within a team

Experience coordinating care within the community to wrap around services that may not be available within the primary care setting.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $90K - $95K

Work Schedule

Full-Time position.

No weekends required.

Day shift only - no nights.
