Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and implement treatment plans for pediatric patients in a home-based setting. Collaborate with caregivers and medical providers to coordinate care and maintain detailed patient documentation.

Requirements

Must hold a current and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas. Preference is given to candidates with 3+ years of pediatric experience, home-health experience, specialty certifications, or bilingual skills in English and Spanish.
