The Behavioral Health Coordinator II provides lead case management and clinical guidance within shelter programs to support individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health crises. They conduct risk assessments, develop housing-focused support plans, and ensure staff adherence to trauma-informed care and safety protocols.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and possess a current Oregon license for independent clinical practice. At least two years of relevant experience with high-acuity populations and crisis response is required.
